Victor Churchill Bayai is currently Chief Executive Officer/President of Soundears Ventures Nigeria Ltd, and the President of Steps of Destiny International Ministry (SODIM), an Interdenominational ministry with Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.

With over 30 years of work experience in Spiritual, Economic, and Social Engineering, after learning from industry leaders and exploring, he is an accomplished, motivated, and tech-savvy professional with experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives to front-line employees, and skilled in Strategic business leadership, management, marketing efforts, and PR functions within corporate settings, he is properly positioned to take any organization and share innovative ways of doing business through team projects.

He holds Ph.D. degrees in Communications, Cybersecurity, and Systematic theology. Also, an ongoing Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UNICAF-University of East London, a Master of Science (MSC) Degree in Environmental Management Systems from Yesbud University India, a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Transformational Leadership from Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy (RILA), another Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Systematic Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College (RCBC) Mowe, Ogun State, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Engineering In Electrical/Electronic from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi State, Nigeria.

His strengths include strategic planning, innovation, excellent communication skills, and an inclusive team-building approach. He researched ways to Break the Communication Barrier through International Integration and Intercommunal Interaction (Ph.D. thesis, November 2023), Impact of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System on Key Environmental Performance Indicators of Selected Oil Exploration Companies in Nigeria: Case Study of Shell Petroleum Exploration Company, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. (MSc Dissertation, December 2022), innovative ways large organizations such as the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with emphasis on the Covid-19 era. Also, Pastoral Care as the Church Response to Victims of Socio-Political Violence: A Case Study of Select Churches in Northern Nigeria for Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership (2019 – 2021) and Systematic Theology (2017-2019) respectively.

Finally, I Studied Business, Transformational Leadership, Governance, Mentoring, and Coaching Models of Champions of Transformation-Zambian Institute of Leadership and researged into Voter's Apathy: Case Study of Anambra Gubernatorial Election 2021 in Nigeria from the Nehemiah Leadership Institute, Lagos for Executive Diplomas respectively in the year 2022.

He also wishes to build links with large Organisations that could be associated with Soundears Ventures Ltd, Nigeria, and Steps of Destiny International ministry (SODIM), as part of their corporate social responsibility policy.
